Lea DeLaria is a good jazzsinger who knows precisely how far you can go in swinging a straight song without tearing it apart. Good solos, too, by some of Britain’s A-team, including trumpeter Martin Shaw and Anthony Kerr on vibes, and simple but delicious arrangements by Janette Mason."
